Duke is a handsome little black and red Sable Pomeranian.
His fur is exceptionally soft and fluffy and he has what has been called a "triple coat".
He only weighs seven pounds but has a big personality.
Very loving, affectionate nature; he wants nothing more than to be with his "mom" every chance he gets and goes everywhere with her. Easily trainable and loves to please.
Great disposition; has never met a person or dog he does not like, and loves playing with other animals of all shapes and sizes: from fellow poms and other small dogs, to cats, to holding his own just fine with big rambunctious huskies and german shepherd mixes.
No papers - although both parents were AKC registered, his mother's paperwork was lost so he could not be registered.
Nevertheless he is an excellent example of his breed from two healthy, good-natured purebred Pomeranians - black and tan father; pure black mother.
Does NOT have any heart related problems, alopecia (black skin disease), or issues regarding slipped/dislocated kneecaps.
We keep in touch with his breeder and his parents are both free of these problems as well, as are his other known relatives.
In return for services, we are asking for one pick of the litter, to be selected once we schedule an appointment to meet the litter at about one month old.
Duke has not yet sired any litters so this will be his first. If at least one breeding occurs but pregnancy does not take, you may have him service your female again on her next cycle.
